Services and Rate Information
New Client: Comprehensive Initial Evaluation​-$325
Pertinent information will be gathered for assessment. We will discuss acceptance into practice versus referral to alternative provider, diagnoses, and treatment plan.​​
Existing Client: Medication Management-$75-$150​​
We will discuss how your medication is working and any concerns, and make adjustments as needed. Psychotherapy may be added on.
Cancellation fee is $75 without 24 hour notice. Heather currently participates with Cigna, Aetna, OscarHealth, Oxford, and United Healthcare, , and is considered an "Out-of-Network Provider" with other insurance companies. All insurance billing is done through Headway.com. Heather may provide you with a Superbill, which is an itemized billing statement that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note that requirements may differ for insurance companies. Rates may be discussed, depending on insurance reimbursement and individual circumstances. Heather accepts cash, checks, major credit cards, and HSA .​

Psychotherapy
Heather can utilize therapeutic modalities to assist you in recognizing feelings and behaviors and how they impact your wellbeing.
Psychiatric Medication
Heather will collaborate with you to decide if a treatment plan including medication management can help facilitate your journey to wellness.
In-person and Telehealth
Heather is available to meet in person at her Camillus office or through secure telehealth. It is recommended to conduct the Initial Evaluation in person, and telehealth can be discussed for existing clients.
